Question: Will everybody who makes the request receive the working solution?

Answer: We've received more requests than enticipated.  To controll our costs, this offer is now limited only to uniquely qualified prospects.

 

Question: What will make me qualified?

Answer: Each party that requests their own try-before-you-buy will be asked to fill out a single page questionnaire. The main objective of this questionnaire is to identify and select only those businesses that already understand digital information/marketing concept and are able to clearly describe their specific problem(s) and needs to solve them. 

 

Question: What if I'm not sure how this technology can help my business?

Answer: Depending on your specific circumstances, we may have an alternative option for you. Make the request and state your level of interest in the Registration Request section at the end of this page and we'll get back to you with suggestions.

 

Question: What is the true cost to me?

Answer: The only cost to you is shipping (with mandatory insurance), both in and out using your own shipping carrier. Only overnight or second day shipping will be accepted.

 

Question: Do I get to choose the display size?

Answer: To keep the cost down for all, we offer either 10” or 15” display size unit(s). The main objective of this offer is to provide a truly functional “proof of concept” of the application, its capabilities and speed of delivery.  Since the application design is in High Resolution, the application will work with display sizes up to 75" diagonally.

 

Question: How long can I keep the trial unit?

Answer: You will be able keep the first trial unit for ten (10) days from the receipt of the unit.  If you wish to keep it longer we will bill you $50 for each additional week, thereafter. 

 

Question: Can I request and receive additional trial unit(s)?

Answer: Yes. However, for each additional trial unit received, you will be billed $50 per week from the first day on, after receipt.

 

Question: How long does it take before I received the trial unit?

Answer: We will ship a fully or partly functional (only as agreed) solution within 30 days from the receipt of your application outline and products' graphics, if applicable.
